About Kumar
I am an experienced business leader with a successful and high growth corporate journey.
Have been practicing meditation for more than 25 years now.
I have myself come out from being a hypochondriac and continuously ill and fearful person to being someone who doesn't fear anything and doesn't get adversely affected by any kind of stressful thoughts.
I have not taken any medicine in last 3 years. Before that I couldn't live without medicines every other day for something or the other.
I have found some ways very effective for the mind and the body and have cracked some simple meditation techniques that are universal in nature and very easy to practice and adopt, but yield significant benefits.
My friends, relatives and colleagues consult me for their personal and professional problems and to come out of their deepest fears and periods of struggle.
I also help by sharing my own experience and easy ways of leveraging the power of spiritual healing and guided meditations to heal and destress (body and mind both) and also gain abundance and prosperity in life.
I have personally benefited a lot from meditation and hence am sure that regular practice and right knowledge can help anyone overcome various challenges in life.
