I prefer to have a meeting with
the Parents/Guardians, to better understand (in this case) the (child) student. If the student is of mature age the same would apply in a meeting with the potential student. Through conversation, I will make notes and plan our interactive lesson according to my notes and student personality. There might be adjustments according to different needs but, the overall goal is to understand what the student's needs are and find the best method of approach.
