For me, it’s important that my learners not only work on vocabulary and grammar, but also that they succeed in getting past any blockages that they may have and especially that they have fun learning and speaking! So I’m careful to create a positive and playful atmosphere starting at the very first lesson.
I begin by evaluating the student’s level and defining his or her objectives. I then choose an approach which is tailored to the individual’s situation: guided conversation, role plays, grammar or listening exercises, etc.
As much as possible, I use authentic documents and I favor an immersive approach where we communicate principally in English. For beginners, the transition to communicating solely in English can be made progressively over the course of several lessons.

J'ai eu la chance d'avoir eu Joanna comme professeure d'anglais.
Elle est excellente, pédagogue, compréhensive et très compétente.
Elle m'a définitivement réconciliée avec la langue anglaise, que j'ai maintenant plaisir à parler et à prononcer correctement et à comprendre.
Je la recommande vivement en tant que professeure d'anglais. Elle saura s'adapter à votre niveau d'anglais et à vos besoins pour vous rendre fluent in English!View more recommendations
