About Tanya
I have a Bachelor's in Commerce in Economics and Marketing from McGill University. Lived in Thailand for 11 years where I picked up the most incredible recipes and have also grown up in India. I have travelled all over the world and exploring new foods, cuisines, and cultures remains my biggest motivation to take these trips.

My teaching methods depend on the students best learning methods and can be flexible according to each student. I like to take a structured approach to any class but also like to leave space to mold it according to how the student wants to learn. I generally combine the necessary knowledge and tools needed to individually apply what is being taught.
