About John
I'm pretty sure I can get you up and riding a wave during your first session. I am a private surf coach who teaches surfing every day at Muizenberg main beach. My rate is R450 per person per session. If you bring a group of friends along I'll give you a group discount. Should you'd want to become an intermediate surfer I offer courses at great discounted rates. The idea is that we are going to prepare you to surf beautiful waves breaking over exotic beaches in secret coves all over the world. As you learn to ride the waves your competence-based confidence will grow through our conversations and exercises, which will develop a new self-talk and new way of you imagining yourself. Book a series of classes with me and relax into it. I look forward to helping you become a new you - a cool water animal that surfs weirder, cooler, and edgier than you can imagine right now. I give 90 minute sessions every beautiful day of the year at Muizenberg beach, Surfer's Corner, Cape Town for R450 per person per session. Surfboards and wetsuits may be rented directly from any local surf shop and their rates are around R100 for a surfboard and about R90 for a wetsuit per session.
