About Nobuko

I am from Japan and currently living in Melbourne. I completed al of the units at Deakin University on Master of Teaching. Also have been supporting/ teaching VCE students at one of the girls school in Melbourne, especially in Japanese oral practice.

About the lesson

My personal teaching method values student motivation and individualized learning.
In my first lesson, I would like to get to know you, your language learning experience and your needs. According to your needs and profred learning style, I will organise the lesson. I'm very flexible to teach any levels and have knowledge of new VCE Japanese curriculum to support you.
Furthermore, I believe intercultural learning is a crucial method in language teaching (as emphasised by numerous curriculum materials), especially with Japanese, a culture that is known for its rich heritage. I use as much authentic material in the lesson as possible.
