About José Manuel

I am a human willing to share the knowledge I gain during years of practice and assistance to courses and meditation classes in the most varied techniques such as Vipassana, Mindfulness, Zen, transcendental, and others. Meditation, of any kind, is learned mainly by PRACTICING and after experimenting with your body and mind we will discover the theory behind the practice which will lead us to a complete understanding of meditative practice.

About the lesson

I am a South American traveler, I learned a lot while traveling, doing bioconstruction volunteering in Colombia, I learned Andean music in Bolivia and Peru, I learned meditation in various courses in Venezuela and other countries in America. I am glad to have an opportunity to share knowledge with you.

I know Jose Manuel from Turmero, Venezuela. There we are dedicated to study Engineering. Together you did some English classes and Materials Science. We had a lot of conversations in the Research Area and how to improve some scientific and social projects.
I recommend Jose because I know his vocation to pedagogy and his enthusiasm for university, languages and other cultures.
