About Sabrina
I am Sabsi, a passionate pole athlete and I support you in learning pole dancing!
(Static/Spinning/Heels)
My first contact with pole dancing was only 11/2 years ago when my best friend at the time dragged me to a pole dancing studio. I went more out of curiosity than out of any real interest, but after the first lesson I was completely hooked. Pole dancing immediately became my main sport, so I took my trainer course this October. I've been really into the flying pole recently.
I would like to share my enthusiasm for sports with you.
It is important to me that we get along well on a personal level, so that our collaboration can take place on a trusting basis. That is why my first training session is free for you! There is space to get to know each other, share your expectations with me and develop an initial idea of how we can work together.

Pole dancing is so much more than just dancing on the pole. For me, pole dancing combines strength and flexibility perfectly, so that after just a short time you’ll experience a completely new body feeling.
If you have always wanted to try pole dancing but have never dared to do so, then you found to the right place.
This is what I offer you:
- Pole dancing for all fitness levels (even without
sports experience!)
- Private 1:1 (45€) or 2:1 (35€) per person pole dance lessons in a private room in Pöls.
-FLYING Areal Pole Training (65€) outdoors only when good weather at the Calesthenic Park in
Pöls.
-online possible if you have your own pole!
- Try pole dancing without the distraction or comparison with others
- improve your skills on the barre or on the floor (floorwork)
- a warm-up, which prepares you optimally, a main part in which I will teach you figures on the bar, and a cool-down, which promotes the regeneration of your body.

Sabrina ist eine tolle lehrerinn. Sie lässt sich immer etwas einfallen, erklärt und zeigt vor für jedermann, ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und erklärt auch gerne mal was extra wenn nan nicht aufgepasst hat ich kann sanrina nur enpfehlen da es auch immer spaß macht und man immer etwas neues lernt, wen man will!!
