About Mohammad Inshaul
As a Master’s student at Queen Mary University of London, with over 2.5 years of industry experience as a game developer at a top-tier gaming company, I’m here to guide you through the exciting world of programming and game creation. My experience extends beyond game development—I’ve successfully taught coding to young students during the pandemic, from ages 6 to 15, helping them gain the confidence and skills to excel in technology.
In my classes, I prioritize creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring new concepts. I use proven teaching techniques that combine interactive lessons with hands-on coding practice, ensuring that students not only understand the theory but also know how to apply it in real-world situations. Techniques and Teaching Methodology: I focus on building a strong foundation by explaining core programming concepts in simple, relatable ways. My lessons are interactive, combining theory with hands-on coding exercises. For younger students, I use fun, gamified lessons to keep them engaged, while older students get more complex, real-world coding challenges. I emphasize problem-solving and encourage students to think logically and creatively. Additionally, I adapt my teaching style to suit the learning pace of each student, ensuring they grasp each topic before moving on.
Typical Length of a Lesson: Each lesson lasts about 60-90 minutes, depending on the student's attention span and the topic complexity. I balance the time between explanations, practical exercises, and Q&A to maintain a productive learning experience.
Qualifications/Experience as a Tutor: I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Games at Queen Mary University of London, and I have over 2.5 years of industry experience as a game developer at a leading gaming company. Additionally, I’ve taught coding to students during the pandemic, which has honed my skills in simplifying complex topics and making learning accessible for young minds.
Who the Lessons Are For: My lessons are designed for students aged 6-15 who are interested in learning programming languages like C# and game development. I cater to beginners and intermediate learners, helping them build skills step-by-step, whether they are just starting out or looking to enhance their coding abilities.
