About Animesh
I am a Senior Research Engineer working in the AI Team at SHL, with over five years of dedicated, "in-the-trenches" experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI. My professional life involves leading the end-to-end development of complex AI systems. My work and research have led me to become a published author in the field, with a peer-reviewed paper at the 2023 International Conference on Intelligent User Interfaces (IUI'23) in Sydney. This research and my broader work in interview analytics have gained industry recognition and been featured in outlets like Forbes Blogs and the Economic Times. I hold an Honors degree in Information Technology, beyond my technical roles, I have a deep respect for the teaching profession and a genuine passion for an education that transforms lives and prepares students for tomorrow.
