About Lindsey
I started learning tai chi in Austin TX 20 years ago. I studied with Teacher Li Junfeng for 2 years. Then, under Erik Hardin, licensed acupuncturist and student of Dr. Yang for 12 years. I started teaching in 2021 and my students love to learn with me. My approach is personal and gentle. I believe tai chi is for everyone!

Lessons are tailored to your goals and abilities. Whether you’d like to focus on meditation and breath, or learning the full form we will work together. You can even learn tai chi in a chair! My style of teaching includes using the chest and spine for greater health benefits.
