Since I was in undergraduate, I started mentoring fellow students on different subjects of law and humanities, especially in public speaking and oratory. Later on, my mentorees went on to achieve great goals in international competitions. After earning my first LLM degree thanks to a full tuition fee-free scholarship, I started mentoring people on how to achieve their personal goals. So I would say my approach to learning, mentoring and teaching is to be personal, to work on each person's skills and careers so as to lead to a successful outcome.
