About Martha
Hello! I'm Catherine, a native Spanish teacher. I'm passionate about sharing my language and culture with people from all over the world and helping you achieve your language goals in a practical, fun, and contemporary way.
As a native speaker, I will guide you through your journey to becoming fluent, gaining confidence, and understanding the real, everyday Spanish. My classes are personalized, tailored to your level and interests.
I like to create a relaxed and motivating atmosphere in each class, where you'll be speaking from the very beginning. I also use modern tools such as TV series clips, anime dialogue, video game vocabulary, podcasts, and other authentic resources that make learning more entertaining and effective.
In my free time, I enjoy reading fantasy books, manga, watching anime (especially the isekai genre), series, dramas, and listening to podcasts. I also love video games. If you share any of these interests, you'll have even more reasons to enjoy our classes!
Learning Spanish with me will be a unique, creative, and personalized experience. I'm here to help you progress, answer your questions, and make learning an exciting journey.

I am a native Spanish speaker with a neutral accent, which is ideal for students looking to learn clear, standard Spanish that is understandable for any Spanish-speaking region.
My teaching approach is communicative and practical: you'll learn to use Spanish in real-life situations from day one. My classes are fully tailored to your level, pace, and goals, whether it's conversation, grammar, listening comprehension, or preparation for travel, work, or school.
I use modern tools and authentic resources to enrich each lesson, such as:
Videos of series, movies, and anime with Spanish subtitles.
Podcasts tailored to your level to improve your listening comprehension.
Short readings (stories, news, real texts).
Interactive games and dynamic online activities.
Useful vocabulary in current contexts.
Personalized corrections with clear explanations and examples.
I also offer conversation practice sessions focused on topics that interest you, so you can learn to express yourself naturally, confidently, and fluently.
My goal is for you to enjoy learning and see real results quickly. With my support, you'll learn to think in Spanish, not just translate.
Personalized classes
--The basic grammatical structure
-- The pronunciation of words
-- Useful materials will be provided to help you acquire a broad, everyday vocabulary. These range from the alphabet and numbers to common word groups such as food, animals, nationalities, clothing, activities, etc. These materials will be used orally to practice speaking.

¡He disfrutado mucho mis clases con Martha! Es amable, me apoya y hace que cada lección sea significativa. Siento que mi español ya ha mejorado mucho con solo dos clases. ¡Espero aprender más!
Martha es maravillosa. Mi objetivo principal con las tutorías era simplemente conversar en español, ya que no lo había hablado en varios años y necesitaba viajar a Perú por trabajo. Hizo que las conversaciones fueran amenas mientras me enseñaba nuevas palabras y frases relacionadas con mi trabajo. ¡La recomiendo muchísimo!
