“I’m a passionate and experienced swimming instructor based in London, committed to helping people of all ages develop confidence, skill, and enjoyment in the water. I teach children from beginners learning their first strokes to advanced swimmers refining techniques for competitive performance. I also provide tailored sessions for adults, whether they are building fitness, improving technique, or gaining water confidence. Additionally, I support elderly swimmers with gentle aquatic exercises that promote mobility, maintain flexibility, and enhance overall wellbeing. Each lesson is carefully designed to be safe, engaging, and personalised, ensuring every swimmer can achieve their goals while enjoying their time in the pool.”

I provide swimming lessons in London for children, adults, and elderly learners, starting from beginners through to competitive athletes. My sessions focus on water safety, stroke development, confidence, and mobility, including tailored aquatic movements that help seniors maintain flow, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.
