Beginner phase: water adaptation, breathing training, floating, basic propulsion skills; skill development phase: freestyle and breaststroke fundamentals with body coordination; advanced phase: systematic training of four strokes (freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly) and endurance building; safety module: self-rescue skills, drowning prevention training, and emergency response techniques.
