As a native Filipino speaker with over 12 years of formal Filipino language education, I aim to make learning Tagalog simple, engaging, and practical. My teaching approach focuses on building confidence through clear explanations, interactive discussions, and real-life language use.
My lessons are tailored to each student's goals and learning pace. A typical lesson begins with a review of previous topics, followed by the introduction of new vocabulary, grammar, or conversational expressions. Students then practice through guided exercises, reading activities, pronunciation drills, and everyday conversations to reinforce their understanding.
What sets me apart is my patient and supportive teaching style. I understand that learning a new language can be challenging, so I create a comfortable environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and practice without fear of making mistakes. I also incorporate Filipino culture and common expressions to help students communicate naturally and confidently.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate learners, foreign students, travelers, heritage learners, and anyone interested in improving their Filipino or Tagalog language skills. Whether you want to learn basic conversations, improve pronunciation, strengthen grammar, or gain confidence in speaking, I am here to help you achieve your goals.
