About Harshita
I am a lawyer turned dancer who found joy and healing in movement and decided to spread it forward! I have been training for over 10 years and have taught 100+ students online and offline through ages 5-60. Through my dance journey I have trained in Kathak, Bollywood, jazz, ballet, contemporary, heels, aerial hoop and pole!

My lyrical jazz, contemporary and modern classes offer more than just technique—they create a safe space where you can release tension, let go of stress, and find healing through movement. I know Harshita for nearly two years now. Before I started training with her, I hated working out and always thought weights and strength training is not for me.
I had trouble with consistency and having her constantly be pushing me to workout and keeping me accountable and motivating me helped a lot!!
My goals were to lose weight and to gain upper body and core strength, generally lead a more healthy lifestyle and to be able to do so consistently
I have significantly improved upper body strength, was unable to do push-ups before, even core strength has improved, I mostly enjoy my workouts as she is such a positive person and I have managed to shed weight and be more or less consistent.
