About Shubham

I'm now on my 3rd year of Mindfulness practices. It's a profound art of being aware of what's available to you in the present moment.
I'm a part of organizations with global agendas. We've been organizing retreats, practicing in our community, and the outcome of such consistent and subtle changes have been very fruitful to me, and I'd love to share them with you.

About the lesson

Mindfulness comes from the Buddhist culture, and The methodology here, is pretty simple. We practice the art of mindfulness through meditation in various forms. The idea is to be aware of our actions. Under my sessions, I'll deeply work with you, to make the science simple enough that you can embrace it, in every moment of your life ahead.

You can experience a dramatic change in your lifestyle from the very first session. Mindfulness has a history of thousands of years to prove that it can bring profound changes to your life.
