I’ve taken a few cooking sessions with Trevor, and overall it’s been a really good experience. I initially joined just to get more comfortable in the kitchen, especially with basic techniques, and his classes helped with that more than I expected.

What I liked most is that he keeps things simple and practical. He explains steps in a way that actually makes sense while you’re cooking, not just theoretically. He also points out small things—like heat control or timing—that you usually overlook but make a big difference in the final result.

During one of the sessions, I messed up a step early on, and instead of just correcting it, he explained what went wrong and how to fix or adjust it going forward. That kind of approach made it easier to learn without feeling pressured.

He’s also pretty patient and gives you space to try things yourself, which I found helpful. I’d definitely recommend him if you’re looking to improve your cooking in a practical, no-nonsense way.
