My name is Chirag and I am a certified yoga instructor with several years of experience. I teach yoga in World-Wide online. I offer classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
In my classes, you will learn the basics of yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. You will also discover the wisdom of the yoga sutras and how they can enrich your life. Each class is designed to target all the major muscle groups, improve your flexibility, and strengthen your spine. You will feel more energized, focused, and relaxed after each session.
My classes are fun and creative, with a mix of traditional and modern styles. I use music, props, and games to make the classes more enjoyable and engaging. I also adapt the classes to your needs and preferences. You can choose the time that suits you best. The prices are lower for general fitness classes than for specific goals.
