I have taught two through thirteen year old students for the last 30 years. I have certifications in Early Childhood, Elementary and ESOL. I graduated from the University of Florida and live teaching children to read and to use English.

I teach systematically through a scope and sequence that considers all 5 parts of learning to read. Students need to hear the language, see the language, write it, and also play with it. I use real literature as well as decodable passages.
