About Georgia
Working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school has given me extensive experience supporting students, both 1:1 and in small groups. My role involves helping students break tasks down into manageable steps, helping organise their ideas into essay formats, and building confidence in their abilities. Having experienced myself how important the right support can be in school, I understand how valuable patient, personalised guidance is for students who may feel overwhelmed or unsure in class. I aim to create a calm and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, developing their skills, and making steady progress at their own pace.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s needs, with a calm and supportive approach that helps students feel more organised, capable, and confident in their work.
