During COVID times, it is so easy to sit back and hardly notice the days slip by. As a university student, this happens very frequently! This course is to make sure we spend time exercising, working on our flexibility, and letting our creativity shine!
I am a 20-year old and I have danced contemporary since I was seven. I have always loved dancing and truly believe that with a little practice, anyone can dance. I have taken some hula hoop dance classes in the past and enjoyed them so much. I would love to teach some hoop classes to anyone who wants to stay fit and have fun! On top of hula hooping, I will also place a lot of emphasis on stretching to increase flexibility if that is something you want.
I want us to talk about what your goals are both with hooping and flexibility so we can make a plan that works with your abilities and desires. This class is less about perfection and more about having fun and being creative so do not be shy and join!
