About Maria
My name is Maria, I'm 26 years old and I come from Valencia (Spain). I am bilingual in Spanish and Catalan, and I have a very good level of English. I have 8 years of experience as an English teacher at the language academy "Quásar Centros de Formación" in Gandia (Valencia), as well as Spanish and Catalan teacher. I graduated in Law and Business Management.
I've worked in New York during a year in the Permanent Mission of Spain to the United Nations, and I have also lived in England, Canada and Dublin for a month in each place. Through all these experiences, I improved my English and my ability to communicate, both personally and professionally.

With my students, I try to identify their difficulties and their needs in order to personalize the lessons. I believe it is important to work on grammar, but on the basis of oral expression and enrichment of the vocabulary. I play games to strengthen the learning process, memorize vocabulary and improve the mental agility needed to learn a foreign language.
