About Patrick

I have a master's degree in digital technology from DTU and have used it to work with projects and people within digital health in Denmark and the USA. Over the last year, I have become more and more passionate about teaching sports, fitness, health and exercise. Originally I am from England, but I have lived in Denmark for the last 9 years. I speak Danish fluently.

About the lesson

My teaching method is simple, it has to be fun. Teaching and learning is effortless when fun is involved. I like to use structured goals, one we have talked about and agree on. That way we have an idea what we are working towards.
