About Oisian

Hello, I'm Oisin, studying Systems Engineering at the University of Warwick. As a current undergrad, I believe I can relate to and understand how students operate.
In addition, I also have a year of experience in 1-1 tutoring with GCSE pupils. I've long taken pride in my ability to explain concepts and illustrate ideas, especially with my peers, who say I am a great teacher!

A level Results:
A* - Maths
A* - Physics
A - Further Maths
A - Computer Science

As these exams were only a year ago, I'm up to date on the current curriculum and effective methods of study.
Thanks for your consideration and I hope to hear from you soon!

About the lesson

In my teaching, I excel at breaking down misconceptions, and rebuilding a better picture from the ground up. It's for this reason that, as an engineering student, I'm the one my classmates turn to when they find a concept they don't understand.

The first free lesson will be a diagnostic session in which I can get to know the student and the areas they need to focus on. From there I can develop a plan for future sessions.

We went to school and are currently at university together, and still, Oisin is the only person I know who can explain complex ideas, even postgraduate material, in an easy and intuitive way to follow. He effortlessly taught me a whole module in my degree while revising himself. Great at multitasking. He’s the type of teacher who understands the material and enjoys giving knowledge to others.
