Hello, I’m Vickki, a 24-year-old level 3 personal trainer, level 4 nutritionist and coach. I love anatomy and physiology and figuring out what type of exercise gives better outcomes, especially for current athletes with different goals or needs. I have coached kiddos from 3 up and PTd people from 74 down.
