My teaching method is working around my students, it’s finding my student’s strength and weakness, I would congratulate their strengths and subtly point out mistakes they have made. I believe in rewarding a child when they have worked hard, my methodology has worked on many kids I’ve tutored as they feel a sense of satisfaction when they complete their work correctly
