About Malachi
Drawing & Digital Art Tutoring | Learn, Improve, and Grow with a Professional Artist
With a BA in Graphic Design and Performing Arts, and an MFA in Animation & Visual Effects (specializing in 3D Modeling and Texturing), I bring a rich, interdisciplinary perspective to every lesson. My additional studies in Game Design, Studio Art, Writing, Dance, and Computer Science give me a unique edge in helping students connect technique with creativity.
I offer tutoring in:
️ Drawing fundamentals (anatomy, gesture, perspective, shading)
Digital painting & design
Constructive critique for assignments, portfolios, or personal projects
My approach is highly adaptable, supportive, and designed to meet you where you are—whether you're just starting out, rediscovering art for fun, or building a creative career.
I believe that art is a universal language—and I’m here to help you speak it fluently.
Let’s create something amazing together. Book your first session today!

After we initially meet we will make a game plan for an goal you want and then ensure you have a solid grasp of the fundamentals. Lessons typically start with a warm up if you haven't already drawn for the day and then critique on your progress, or they act more as workshops. At times we can both draw along with another as I explain and break down concepts.

Perfect! Very knowledgeable, very personable, I would recommend. Thank you, Malachi!
- Chris is a wise-minded student. I was approached with questions concerning drawing tips for an upcoming event he was attending, so he could enjoy the event to the fullest. I'd be happy to work with him again.Malachi's response :
