About Angelin
I am a Licensed Social Worker from Canada, specializing in Addictions and Mental Health. Life can throw heavy challenges our way, but stress, substance use, and mental health struggles don't have to define your story—how you navigate, rise up, and heal through them is what truly matters. Because addiction and mental health are deeply interconnected, struggling with one often intensifies the other, creating a cycle that feels impossible to break alone. I provide dedicated, compassionate counseling to help you untangle that loop, regain control, and build lasting resilience. Ready to take the first step toward a lighter, clearer mind? Drop me a message today—let's walk this path together. My inbox is always open!

Perfect! Steffy cleverly asks you questions to analyse what causes you stress and address the root cause of it, which I've never realised till she pointed it out. Also guide and suggest you to manage stress and progress better in life.
