About Smita
I have a Master's Degree in Development Studies from IIT Madras, where I was first trained in Life Skills Education. I then got certified at NIMHANS in Life Skills Education and Counselling. I have conducted workshops and training sessions across the country at various IIT campuses, and have also worked with clients in all age ranges in Bangalore.

When it comes to life coaching, or life skills education, I believe in enabling and facilitating rather than teaching. I help students identify their strengths, and build on them to develop further skills. I believe in being non judgmental and unbiased, and provide motivation and encouragement. Following needs assessment, each development of each skill is activity and discussion based so that you are convinced of the path to be followed.
