About Yvonne
I received my Life Coaching Certificate from Rhodes Wellness College in Vancouver with over 127 approved coach training hours.
Rhodes Wellness College is approved by ICF. The International Coach Federation (ICF) is an internationally recognized organization known for offering accreditations that serve as valuable guidelines for quality of education.
I am currently a student in Gabor Mate's Compassionate Inquiry course, which is a psychotherapeutic approach that reveals what lies beneath the patterns we present to the world. I will be completing the course in May 2021.

A life coaching session is like a road trip with intention. You decide where the road takes us; I will make you aware of viewpoints, side roads, and anything else that you might not be noticing.
The ultimate goal of the session to give you space to explore whatever it is you are struggling with.
A typical session starts with a grounding exercise to help stop our mind's chatter and zone into the session. We find out what you want to talk about and go from there. I will be asking you powerful questions, reflecting your own thoughts back to you, and making you aware of thought processes and patterns. At the end of the session you will feel refreshed, clear and optimistic.
