About Lucie
I’m a qualified yoga instructor as well as a qualified Nutritionist. I have a proven track record in a business environment for over 20 years with Director and Managerial experience. Several years ago I realised I wasn’t living my best life and I changed my life around. I have transformed from a designer-driven jet setter to a calm Yogi with amazing health and stillness of the mind I can’t even describe! Today’s world bears so many distractions and I want to help people to remove those and come back to our TRUE selves.
