About Olivia
Hi, I'm Olivia.
For years, I was pursuing what I thought was my dream career in acting. I worked hard, achieved opportunities I had hoped for, including appearing on Netflix's Sex Education, and spent much of my twenties focused on making that dream happen.
But along the way, I found myself asking questions that many ambitious women face: What if the path I originally chose no longer feels right? Why do I feel lost when I've achieved things I once wanted? How do I move forward when I don't know exactly what comes next?
Those experiences led me to the world of personal development and life coaching. Through my own journey, I discovered that confidence isn't something you're born with, self-trust isn't built overnight, and clarity often comes from understanding yourself on a deeper level.
Having completed my life coach training, I now help people who feel stuck, lost, overwhelmed by self-doubt or uncertain about their next chapter. My coaching provides a supportive space to explore what's holding you back, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
If you've ever felt like you should have everything figured out by now but don't, you're not alone. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is give ourselves the space to pause, reflect and create a path that genuinely feels like our own.

My coaching sessions are designed for people who feel stuck, lost, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain about what comes next.
Perhaps you're questioning your career path, struggling with confidence, feeling behind compared to others, or finding yourself caught in cycles of overthinking and self-doubt. You know you're capable of more, but something feels like it's holding you back.
In our sessions, we'll explore what's really going on beneath the surface. Together, we'll identify the beliefs, fears and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, helping you gain clarity, rebuild self-trust and move forward with greater confidence.
My approach isn't about telling you what to do or having all the answers. It's about creating a supportive space where you can better understand yourself, reconnect with what truly matters to you, and make decisions that feel aligned with who you are.
Every session is tailored to you and your unique situation. Whether you're navigating a career transition, struggling with confidence, feeling lost in your twenties, or simply wanting more fulfilment from life, our work together is designed to help you create meaningful and lasting change.
