About DR OLADEHINDE
Dr. Oladehinde Adepoju is the Deputy Provost Administration of Upland College of Education, Ifira Ipesi Akoko Ondo State. My passion to become an educator was sparked by the special teachers and mentor who had an impact on me at a younger age and even during my undergraduate studies in the University.
My philosophy of education is taken into one simple motto: "Stay Focus". With my former teachers in my back, my aim to help shape and mold students by developing their own perspectives, styles, and uniqueness while instilling in them the key values of empathy and inclusivity.
Over the last ten years as an educator and an administrator, I have been a teacher, facilitator, lecturer and an educational administrator who had received significant support from my supervisor and mentor. Because of their help, I have held leadership roles, and all the experiences have prepared me to enter a double position as lecturer, facilitator, Deputy Provost of a College of Education and the principal of a school.

The society we have, including the identity and cohesion within that society and its understanding and
