Hi! I'm passionate about making fitness enjoyable, simple, and achievable for everyone. I teach beginner-friendly Aerobics, Zumba, and Pilates in a fun, supportive environment where you can learn at your own pace. Whether you want to lose weight, improve flexibility, build strength, or simply stay active, I'm here to motivate and guide you. My classes are also suitable for senior citizens, with safe, low-impact workouts designed to help you feel healthier, stronger, and more confident every day.
