I am Dr. M.R. Jhansi Rani working as Associate Professor in ISBR Business School, E-city phase I, Bangalore. I Teach OB, HRM and Business Ethics. I have 9 years of combined experience in academics and research. I have also been acting as HR Consulting Officer as corporate recruiter and trainer in since from 4 years. She has contributed more than 20 papers for several reputed national and international journals. I also participated and presented papers in various national and international seminars, conferences, workshops and faculty development programs and also acted as resource person. I've been acting as reviewer in OMICS International journal, Arabian Journal of Business and Management, Journal Global Economics and Journal Political Science and Public Affairs. I am an approved MBA and PGDM internship/project guide for several management institutions and universities. I served as paper setter for many management institutions and universities.
