I have over 5 years of tutoring experience. My passion for tutoring mainly stems from the fact that I believe there are secrets to the education system which once I unlocked, enabled me to succeed academically. These skills I believe are not innate or inherent in any one person but can be acquired and obtained.

My main aim when tutoring a student would be to find both their strengths and weaknesses, building on the former and improving the latter. I would first gauge what type of individual the student is and tailor our lessons to suit the student’s specific needs. Importantly, I would help with both understanding content as well as essay writing and exam technique, as I believe the key to success in the education system is to find a balance between understanding the content and then applying it correctly.
