I always put student interests first when it comes to tutoring. My goal is to address all questions students have because that is the reason why they request my services. They want clarity. In addition, I want to make sure that the students fully understand the expectations of their assignment. Bachelors in Technology at NYC College of Technology, 2015
I have more than 5 years experience working with students of all grade levels in the course of mathematics. In the college level, I work with students to break down the algebraic concepts in simpler terms and connect them to real world applications. In addition, I encourage them to become responsible students and independent learners so they will be prepared for any assignment, including strategies for studying for exams. In the high school level, regents preparation and homework help were my main priorities during afterschool hours. My goal was to ensure students complete their assignments with accuracy and build their confidence in taking the regents exams. By doing so, I improved their scores by 40 percent.
