I am a retired Malay/Communications lecturer/translator. I have an MSc in Communications from Boston University and a certificate in translation from the Council of Language and Literature in Malaysia. My most recent position was at Centre College in Danville KY

About the lesson

The best method to language learning is of course cultural immersion. Other viable options are memorization through lyrics/verses and participation in role plays/skits. Visualizing oneself in particular settings and situations assist tremendously in acquiring competency for specific goals and purposes.
