About Vishal
I am an MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai - the year 1993-95, with specialization in the field of marketing and currently, I am pursuing a part-time Ph.D. in Management from Amity University, Noida.
I have 6 years of academic experience starting from 2011. Currently, I am an Assistant Professor of management handling elective subjects such as Industrial Psychology, Industrial Sociology, Quality Management and Human Value & Professional Ethics in B.Tech. I also teach Consumer Behaviour and Marketing Research to MBA students.
As a Ph.D. scholar, I have completed 1.5 years and published one paper to a Scopus based journal " Prabhandan Indian Journal of Management". My Ph.D. thesis is a study on technology acceptance in Indian mobile services industry

I try to make my class analytical and interpretive rather than rhetoric. A hands-on approach towards teaching to encourage students to participate and thus understand the concepts rather than memorizing a concept. I like to include real-life business examples to give an insight into a practical working of the marketing princi[ples.There is also an emphasis on assignments and case studies for proper explanation and grasping of all the concepts.
