About Evelin

I completed my bachelor's and master's degree as a classical percussionist with a focus on marimba at the University of Music in Detmold. I have more than 15 years of experience on stage and several years as a teacher at both music schools and colleges.

It is very important to me that there is a friendly, trusting connection between teacher and student, so that both sides feel good in class and both can bring out their potential.

About the lesson

I offer a nice and friendly atmosphere to play and learn.
In my lessons we will respond to your wishes and ideas, or if you are not sure what you want exactly, I will help you find your direction and just enjoy the music.

In the lesson you will learn:
- ''speak'' the music language through the instrument
- History of the instrument
- Rhythm exercises
- Technical basics
- mallet posture
- Read and write sheet music
- Free play / improvise
