About Sagar
I'm Sagar, a professional Muay Thai fighter and coach from Bangalore, with 7 years of experience. My motive is to help you get in shape using Muay Thai and strength training, not just to become physically strong but mentally strong as well. I started training when I found the gym monotonous and wanted an alternative it's been a year now and I am feeling the fittest. Sagar combines both boxing and strength which makes the sessions more interesting. Honestly I was not very interested in boxing but the energy the coach gives makes you wanna push harder. A very passionate teacher who teaches something new every class and makes fitness and learning Muay thai very interesting and welcoming. Best coach I have worked with so far.
