About Arnold
I am a licensed respiratory care professional since 1984, with a BA in psychology, and and a martial arts practicioner with 50 years experience. I've developed mind body methods based on yoga and zen meditation, that improve individual performance.

I teach utilize methods such as yogic breathing, Tai chi, progressive relaxation, and zen meditation, to faciltate mind/body integration. I've developed a technique called the low impact striking method. It enables an individual to break boards abd even concrete slabs with strikes less than an inch from the target. The practice is accomplished by increasing the focus and speed of the practicioner. In 2016 , I taught a class of blind young adults to actually break boards. A first in martial arts.
