I am a dedicated yoga practitioner currently pursuing my Master of Arts (MA) in Yoga. My deep academic study allows me to understand the true science behind every posture, breathing technique, and meditation practice. Yoga completely transformed my own physical health and mental clarity, and now I am incredibly passionate about sharing this life-changing knowledge with others.
