About Jackson
I remember what it’s like to open Civil 3D for the first time and feel completely lost. Through my coursework and project work, I’ve run into just about every head-scratcher the software can throw at you — surface errors, alignment issues, corridor targeting problems, you name it. Working through those patiently is exactly what I bring to tutoring: I won’t rush you, and some concepts just take a few passes to click.

Civil 3D or looking to sharpen your skills for class, internships, or a career in civil engineering, my lessons are designed to help you build confidence through real-world application. As a full-time civil engineer, I teach the same workflows and best practices used in the industry—not just textbook concepts.
Lessons are fully personalized and can cover surface creation, alignments, profiles, corridors, grading, pipe networks, plan production, annotation, and project organization. I also help students troubleshoot assignments, prepare for exams, improve drafting efficiency, and understand why each design decision matters. My goal is to make Civil 3D practical, intuitive, and enjoyable so you leave every session with skills you can immediately apply in school or on the job.
