My experience as a lecturer at my university allowed me to design course outlines, lead analytical discussions, and support students in developing their critical thinking and writing skills. This experience also taught me to adapt my teaching methods to different learning styles and to foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Furthermore, my internship at a foreign language school strengthened my teaching skills and my ability to teach English in a structured and dynamic way. My work as an early childhood educator, as well as my involvement in academic coordination, allowed me to develop strong organizational, leadership, and collaboration skills—essential qualities for actively contributing to departmental life.
