About Douwe
BusSci (Hons)Finance, Economics and Accounting, and a Master's Degree in Property. Taught 3rd years International Finance and Retired People in Personal Finance. For 10 years I worked in Bond and Derivative Markets, Fund Management and Business Analysis in a Developed Economy. I now run a Small Business in a Developing Economy. I have travelled to 33 countries so have a solid understanding of International Business and Finance. In my Business Science degree I covered all subjects of an MBA, and have a strong handle on Business English. My interest is in International Finance, Fund Management and Personal Finance. I have worked in some of the Treasuries of the Biggest Banks in Europe.

A relaxed environment allows students to think for themselves and ask regular questions to test their knowledge. I am willing to take questions and answer them or am willing to show how the students can answer their own questions. Finance is a combination of numbers and knowledge of financial products. I am quite willing to help in both areas, my strength is particularly in calculations and products in personal finance, as well as the wording and knowledge of financial products in a treasury of an international bank.
