About Bishesh
Hi, I'm Bishesh! I hold a Master of Information Technology (Business Analytics) from the University of Newcastle, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and hands-on software engineering experience. I'm passionate about making technology approachable, whether you're just starting out with the basics: email, word processing, using a laptop or smartphone confidently, or looking to build more advanced skills like coding, spreadsheets, or data analysis. I tailor every lesson to your pace and goals, breaking down technical concepts into simple, practical steps. My lessons are ideal for seniors who want to get comfortable with everyday tech, students who need help with assignments, or adults looking to upskill for work. Whatever your starting point, I'm here to help you build real confidence and competence with computers.

My Teaching Approach
I take a hands-on, practical approach: you'll be doing tasks yourself from the very first lesson, not just watching me demo things. I start by understanding what you already know and what you want to achieve, then build lessons around real examples: sending emails, using Word and Excel, browsing safely, or writing your first lines of code.
Lesson structure:
Lessons run 60 minutes (flexible on request)
Quick recap at the start of each session
Optional small tasks to practice between lessons
My background:
Master of Information Technology (Business Analytics), Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, plus hands-on experience as a software engineer in fintech. This lets me teach everything from complete computer basics to coding fundamentals, spreadsheets, and data analysis.
Who I teach:
Complete beginners feeling unsure around technology
Seniors wanting to get comfortable with everyday devices
Students needing help with coursework or assignments
Adults looking to build new skills for work
