About Simeon
With over 20 years of expertise in the fashion industry, Simeon Morris is a highly skilled pattern cutter and maker, celebrated for his technical precision, innovative silhouette design, and mastery of garment construction.
Specialising in draping on the stand (moulage), flat pattern cutting, and experimental processes, Simeon offers a unique blend of creativity, technical skill, and craftsmanship. Having collaborated with renowned fashion houses such as Alexander McQueen, Hussein Chalayan, Sonia Rykiel, Roland Mouret, and Jenny Packham, Simeon brings real-world experience and insights from some of the industry’s most prestigious brands.
His extensive skill set spans high-level machining, hand-finishing, men’s and women’s tailoring, and hand-worked leather accessories. Simeon’s dedication to innovation is exemplified by his work on a pioneering project designing fashionable, adaptive clothing for wheelchair users. This initiative, undertaken in collaboration with ArtEZ Academy of the Arts and local government in the Netherlands, reflects his commitment to merging creativity with functionality to meet diverse needs.

Happy to work with tweens upwards to teach entry level sewing. For the more experienced, we can work on developing and honing your specific skills, working through increasingly more complicated designs. We can focus on sewing only, fitting garments and pattern alterations, altering bought patterns to become new designs, or creating unique styles from scratch. The sky is the limit!
